Photos with new Wheels/Tires

If I had to do it over I would stick with 33's. everyone I know that bought the 35'5 in this tire has had rub issues unless you lift. Cranking the bars in most cases does not create enough clearance. On the other hand there are a select few that claim to not had this problem. Might just be the Alpha folks. I wouldn't suggest 35's on a 5 cylinder anyway.

Tires & wheels are a nice mix. Not sure if Chris is still making the winch mounts but they are worth every penny. There is a company out of Canada making some pretty nice winches for the price, don't remember he name but they are a good deal. 8000# will work fine in most situations.

well the game plan is to get new wheels and tires this spring (I'm due) and get the lift kit when i can afford it.. probably going with rancho 4" if my money is right. so you think I should stick with 33's even though I'll be getting a 4" lift?

If you don't have an alpha 35's are a lot of tire to push. Had them on a wrangler and 4th and 5th gear were pretty useless. It's a lot of tire to push but you hummer will look awesome. I love my 35's so don't get me wrong. Make the choice you want because its an expensive choice either way. You can run 35's or 33's without a lift.
