Default Phoenix Hail Storm....Hummer damaged

I got caught in the hail storm in Phoenix today and My poor Hummer is dented all over, I heard that they can fix the dent without repainting, anyone knows anything about it?

They are known by many different names but generically called dent doctors. I have used one before and he did an excellent job. They go in with special tools and "massage" the dent out from behind. I have had door dings and and a place on my hood done. Normally if they can access it, they can get it out. Sure beats grinding, sanding and painting IMHO.

Likely varies from company to company. I had 2 door dings and a place on my hood and he charged $25.00 total. I'm sure if they have to pull your headliner to access the roof it would be more expensive.

its called "PDR" or paintless dent removal. they use hot and cold temperatures on the spots and then pull it out completely out using suction. its pretty inexpensive. ask a body shop about it. it is a lot easier on the car and an easier job overall.

Just give it a few days, and Phoenix will be swarmed with the "PDR" companies once word gets out on the storm. You will have plenty of options! There are still several here in Bozeman since our June hailstorm.

if it looks like a golf ball you might get better gas mileage, according to myth busters
