performance chip

I currently have an 08 H3 Alpha w/Air Doc and my Superchips GM Cortex 2950 works flawlessly. I have also used the Superchips GM Gas Flashpaq 2865 and I have a buddy on here (HAVT) who has it (GM Gas Flashpaq 2865) installed and is running fine in his 09 H3T Alpha w/Air Doc.

Not sure what you mean by "will not work on h3t alpah with cold air intake". What will not work? What issues did you have?

I have a volant cold air intake along with a gibson exhaust system. With the supper chip installed, when I start out at about 4 to 10 mph and then press the peddle down, the hummer stall and make a sound like to much air getting into the mix and not the right amount of fuel. The Hummer stalls, then I press harder it goes into passing gear. If I let up and it catches the right fuel air mixture. Talk to supper chip and they said they are haveing problem with 09 h3t alpha and that super chip is not compatable with cold air intake on the 09 h3t alpha. I think my only way out is one put the original air system back on, or get the hummer dyno tune to take care of the problem.

OK, let us try to get to the bottom of this with good old American common sense to see if we can save you some $ by spending a little time.
Easiest first, re-tune the Superchips Flashpaq 2865 to the "STOCK" setting, keep the Volant you have now on it.
-Problem still there? If not it is NOT the Superchips Flashpaq 2865. See the following step.
Remove the Volant and replace it with the OEM tube and airbox (not sure which Volant system you have), reprogram the Superchips Flashpaq 2865 to the previous level of tune you had (not stock). -Problem still there? If not, your issue is with the Volant system. Still there, see the following step.
Remove the Superchips Flashpaq 2865 tune and go back to the "STOCK" setting with the OEM tube and air box.
-Problem still there? If not, your issue is with the Superchips "tune" and Volant combo. Still there, see the following step.
Leave the ORM tube and airbox, remove the Superchips Flashpaq 2865 unit. You have an issue that needs to be addressed by your dealer and it has nothing to do with either the air intake or the Superchips Flashpaq 2865.
By the way what tune setting are you using with the Superchips Flashpaq 2865? Have you downloaded the latest update for the tuner from Superchips? Oh yeah, make sure you have model 2865 also.
Hope this helps!

Its the volant cold intake. Thanks for the head-up on how to find the problem. I want to keep it so i guess i have to return the super chip and get it dyno. Will post after dyno and let you know if it helps. Again thanks

I might be wrong but I don't think Volant makes an air intake for the 5.3....might be your problem all together. Actually I am certain they do not.
