Default Patrick, Ladies and Gentleman: A suggestion

Considering all of the new members that have joined the forum lately, I think it would be appropriate for Patrick to create a channel on the forum called "Calender of Events", "Hummer Outtings" , "Hummer Events Calendar", etc. Something to that affect.

I know we are going to have alot of things coming up here in the midwest. It would be a nice place for people to centralize their get-togethers.

What do you think?

I will PM Patrick with this suggestion also.

How about this.

A section called "Upcoming Events", and within it, we will have a thread for each month. We will have a moderator oversee the section, so only mods can post in it, that way, we can format the title so that people can browse it quickly and easily?

For instance, youd go into the section, and click the "March" subsection. within that subsection, each post will be clearly labeled something like:
March 19th Lower Kuwait Area HUMMER Meet and Greet
Then, inside that thread would be all the details.

thoughts?

So, who wants to be the moderator who people contact about posting in there? Do all of you know of some posts that we can put in this section once its open? I wrote that woman who asked about it, but she never replied to me.

Ive also been thinking about putting together a 'staff list', that will have links to all of the moderators/admins profiles, for quick contact?

Patrick, once I get my personal crap straightened out and I get back into normal mode I would be more than happy to moderate anything you need moderated. I also feel that hummbob needs a 2 week timeout but thats a different issue

Mike what's wrong once in a while he put words in instead of all smile faces for his post counts.
We should say we have a new rule and all just smile faces will reduce your count and see what he says
