Default Orion headers test run, leveling kit

Installed Orion headers. fitment was exceptional perfect drop in to match the pipe, easy install, Top quality in the welds and design, Stainless construction, Very impressed with workmanship. I didnt expect the 32 HP they suggest however It made it a whole new ride. The power pulls at 1800 and steady to 4k.with the most noticeable power/torque around 2200 rpm. Felt like adding two more cylinders.the power range is great and torque at low rpm makes the rig very driveable.it rolls on steady and smooth .Also my check engine light cleared which has been haunting me for a year, I suspected to much backpressure at the manifold Cat.. I still have the rear cat and Magnaflow and will have a head pipe made to play with as well. I dont have the Droan sound some have complained about in the cab, motor is responsive with great pickup.I run 35,s and I bet it did add 32 ponies.Very happy with this purchase.
. Installed the leveling kit witch drops the front mounts in the front Differential. rear mount remains untouched. Perfect bolt on and it did,nt alter the drive axle angle at U joints. Its damn near straight, maybe 3 degree angle and not much different than stock. It reduced the CV axle angle about the same as 1/2 inch adjustment on the torsion bars. It wont correct all the angle from raising however cuts it about 1/2. boots opened up and noticeably less angle, Drives perfect.
I have the jet chip at this time and will also install the adjustable chip which wires to the MAF sensor. I really dont expect much from this item.

Sounds good with the power bump! But I want to hear more about your leveling kit.

I run a mild shackle on rear. shock extenders and torsion keys to set height . The front differential drop spacers lower the front mounts only and correct the CV axle angle . It helps minimize the effects from raising. It dosnt take it back to stock angles however cuts it in 1/2. It dosnt alter any ground clearance and the low point is the cross-member for rear mount which is un changed. , A no brainier when raising.., Suspension Max makes the drop kit for under 40 bucks , Wish i had known about them 4 years ago.
