Well ordered up the I5 stainless mid length tube headers from Orion out of Arizona. $725. Lifetime warranted, there are cheaper coated headers however I know after a few years in the elements how they will look. Cant wait, already have K&N intake, cat back system and Jet chip.

 

I have a set on my H3 and I'm very happy with the quality and fit, they did however make the droan from my Magnaflow exhaust unbearable, so I've just had custom full stainless mufflers made and its a different car now, still has a nice note with NO DROAN.

 

Tell me more about the exhaust work?Did you remove the second cat?

 

And your comments if the header makes more power?

 

They do make more power you can notice that straight away, mine will be back on the dyno this week so I'll let you know how much extra (I am running a supercharger so the figures may be different).
We did leave the other small cat/ resonator thing there so it looks like it still has a cat, we blew compressed air through it and through a straight piece of pipe and it did not seen to have any restriction.
