Is this an easy DIY . Is there actual drilling into your roof for install? Wires,... I imagine run down the door/window pillar? Should i just let the stealer do it for me?

I don't think i'll have a problem drilling the holes but will the liner inside the truck have to be pulled out to run the wires down?

I'm more worried about not taking the inside of the truck apart correctly and then have it rattle or not go back in properly.

You don't need to pull the liner out, and stopping the drill from going through is easy, just use tape to wrap the drill bit and use as a depth guage, or you can just be carefull. No fancy wiring is needed, only 1 crimp to an existing ground strap, and a connector that plugs into an existong slot in the fuse box. If you take it slow, and be careful, it's a pretty easy install. All tools (save for 2 starter drill bits) come with the kit.

If you are handy and good with tools, it's no problem. The design of the kit and tools make it pretty easy. But if you doubt yourself, then having a dealer do it may not be so bad. I did mine, and I'd do it again in a second. Once you know how, the whole thing can be done in less than an hour.
