How about one of those trailer-hitch BBQ grills, make one of them and than when we break for lunch we can fire it up and cook us some burgers on the trail.

I actually have a Hummer grill. They are awesome. it takes 5 minutes to set up and take down and it cooks incredibly even. Non-stick surface, use the small propane travel tanks, etc. I love it.

Hummerguy, bring the grill and bring the wife! I know we have some great events east of the Mississippi but we are working on more events for '09 west of the big river. We just need more help with the Club to have more events. I am working on that issue. I would like to see the country divided into 6 geographic regions and in each region we could have 4 to 5 Club Ambassadors. Then we could have more events. It is simply a matter of places to go,volunteers, trial leaders, etc.

I don't have aHummer grill but I do have a Hummer cooler and a Hummer flashlight. I will bring them both so if we grill in the dark we can have some coldrefreshments and use the flashlight to find the burgers.

Skippy Hertz rents Hummers. I would take the damage waiver insurance though.

We need more events in the NorthEast part of the country. I know it's hard to find places to go, but everyone I meet always ask about when THCI will be having events around here.

We don't get much in Socal either. Sedona and Borrega this year. I guess with 12-13 events a year no place gets too many.

When they have these events, are they renting the whole park out for us or are others allowed too. I might be able to go, big might (15 hours away), my brother is a Jeeper that lives around there. Just wondering if we could wheel together.

THCI events are Hummer only for entrants. Most parks are open to other wheelers while THCI is having their run.

What he said was true, park is open but nobody will bother us. We have set trails that we are going to run. Hummers only but bring him along as a co-pilot. I still thinking about going to this one, Camou2 is hosting it and he had a blast there last year. Not sure if I want to do another 11 hours in the H3.
