Default No power to passenger door

I can't figure out how I lost power to the passenger door (windows, lock, mirror). The factory alarm system is also inop. This happened after I did an aftermaket stereo swap. I had to replace my Pioneer x930bt with a new one due to the remote wire shorting somehow. Anyway, in the middle of the swap I tried to start the H2 with no stereo in. I forget what my reasoning for this was. The starter was turning over however the engine would not start. After I installed the new stereo the truck turned over fine but now no alarm or power to the passendger door.
I've read in a few places to disconnect both battery leads then connect them to each other to reset, that did not work. All fuses are good to go. This article was no help either.

Is it possible that I screwed something up in the center console where the stereo, onstar and hvac are mounted?

Thanks

Hi. This happened to my '03 last year. The dealer told me that I had to get the passenger door module replaced ($$$) and reprogrammed. The total cost was going to be $600+.

My passenger door is completely dead (the power seat still works) and my remote key fob won't work.

There is a technical bulletin out on this issue and my truck has all the symptoms. I'm saving for bigger tires so the power windows can wait!!

Keyless entry: The remote keyless system quits working and there was a campaign to reprogram the electronic module inside the passenger door and this fix will be made at no charge regardless of time or mileage. (2003)
