Ugh .. I think I may be another candidate for this after today .. not sure .. my t-case is acting weird too .. not sure if it's either or both .. trans temp peaked between 180-200 on the way home but dropped down to 150 and kind of fluctuated between the two .. t-case wouldn't go in to 4 hi-locked, tried 4 lo-locked, nothing, tried 4hi locked again and it went in with a loud fricken bang .. dealer time in the morning *sighs*

LHB, he already knows lol ... he had some interesting tcase experiences too that day, damn that clonked Mike Hopefully neither one of use broke anything but I know if I did, I'm HOPING it's the TC and not something more expensive lol! At least you got a warranty to fall back on Mike, this is an out ofpocket expenditure for me :/

 

Alright, the two of you who have had these transmission .. how did this all start out for yas?! I'm at about the same mileage and seeing some issues after my offroading trip .. I'm not sure what to attribute these to yet and I have not actually called the dealer yet (but will here shortly).

With the temp issue, was this a slow increase ofaverage temperature or more of a rapid increase!? In other words, it started happening and it kept climbing until it peaked or did it start out more as a slow increase that got worse over time!? I'm just curious at this point but any input from you two would be greatly appreciated!
