there are no signs for it, and none of the parks service marketing collateral lists it (not that i blame them). all i know is that we left pavement south of badwater, and went west. it's a tight road off the primary trail (to the left if going southwest), the brush on both sides likes H1 and H2 paint, and if you have anything on the roof, the trees beat that up. the beds are still there, so you could probably spend the night. i didn't look in the fridge, they may have even left some snacks . . . . i would recommend taking the "White Album" along for your listening pleasure as the sun went down.

 

Might wanna pack your .22 Buntline too.[sm=violent053.gif]..for varmits that is

 

those are great pictures, and very interesting pictures about the manson family area...i had no idea that you could still go to it!
