Thanks all for the advice. The I5 Colorado/Canyon Stock Replacement Header sounds like the way to go. I'm a little confused on the number of 02 sensors my 06 H3 requires. Sounds like the 06 H3 has (1) port but the aftermarket header comes with (2) ports. I can plug (1) port or add a second sesor???? I don't have much experience with 02 sensors or computers. The last motor I worked on was a good old 402 big block with no emissions......

All info was valuable and I will use it to investigate further.

Thanks again,
BK

2nd o2 bung for wideband. If your "planning upgrades" get 2-o2 bungs..
You can find some cool add ons from innovatinve motorsports:

Will this bolt on without additional exhaust mods to the stock exhaust? Other than the possibility of busting existing bolts........

What do you recommend for an aftermarket 02 sensor? Both to replace the existing sensor and a secondardy sensor for wide band? Again, I'm new to this and appreciate the advice and help. I am mechanically incline enough to do the work. Just like the upfront reseach.

the OTT performance stock replacement bolts right in. and the 06 only has one O2 sensor, and this header comes with just one O2 sensor hole with the option to put another one in. I just picked up a sensor at my local parts store. this is real simple install. the only issue I had was getting the bottom three bolts out. I then replaced them with bolts, nuts, and lock washers from the same parts store.

part numbers on the hardware I used.
bolt M10-1.50x40mm 005440
nuts M10-1.50 001240
washers M10 002240BP

I purchased all my parts at O'riellys. the O2 sensor is a direct replacement.
