Don't use that Autozone garbage. Go to Nappa or get Hawk pads online. Just about everything you can buy from Autozone is trash compared to factory.

My original pads lasted for over 65K miles so for replacements I went with Delco OEM's.

I can only speak from past experience.

I track my car, the brakes they have suck compared to the factory pads from my Camaro, and are not in the same Galaxy as the Hawk. The best Duratrash pads will get you dead on the track.

My father and I sled pull a 4x4 truck. An Autozone U joint will literally snap after the chain is pulled tight and you start to add power.

The front suspension parts my son bought for his 2004 Blazer were mind boggling. I installed upper and lower *****, outer tie rods and idler arm. The following year it failed inspection because it needed front parts, he had put 10K miles on it. I told my son I would go talk to the shop inspecting it and explain that is all new. I went. They put it on the lift and sure as **** the lower ***** were loose and the idler was loose. I was baffled. I went to Nappa to get replacement parts. Screw them and the lifetime warranty on trash at Autozone.

I'll buy oil or spray chemicals there. Nothing that actually goes on my car comes from them.

Centric rotors and ceramic pads perform the same as the factory parts. Their rotors have a high quality finish and their pad kits include all new shims. I now use them on all my GM vehicles.
