Need new brake pads for the H3.
My pads are almost down to nothing. Are there any new longer lasting pads out these days other then the good old semi-metallic? I want some that are going to last a long time, even if they are more money. I heard about those newer ceramic ones, but somebody told me they cause they rotors to heat up more. I really don't know what else there is.

I have heard ceramics were not intended for heavy vehicles. GM puts them stock on the Avalanche???
I always replace my factory set with a good quality lifetime warranty set from the auto parts store, like Raybestos or Bosch??? Not even sure if Bosch has an application for the 3? The recommended replacement OE pad is the Raybestos ceramic pad per the Advance Auto parts finder.

[sm=bustedsign.gif] I removed the tricky sneaky spammer link, and now we are all good. Thomatt12, all the moderators and Admin know where you have been. No need to come back, unless you have a Hummer and can contribute, which you don't. Love that Yota board BTW. [:'(]
