How many stores did you shopp before purchase of Hummer? 3 in person, 10+ online.
How much information did you seek about the purchase? Lots, but not enough. Learned "Certified by a GM dealer" does not equal "GM certified" after purchase.
Were you aware of the Hummer brand? Yes
Are you loyal to the Hummer brand? No. In fact, the brand reputation is a negative for me.

What sources of product information did you use? Internet - forums, reviews, manufacturers specs
What was your awareness and knowledge level of the Hummer? Low to Medium before research started.
Who made the purchasing decision? Me
Who influenced your decision? No external influence unless you include published off-road reviews
What was your interest level in the decision? High
What was the risk of a egative purchase outcome? High, medium, or low
Why did you purchase a Hummer? Acceptable on-road performance, size and comfort with ability to go offroad where I like to go completely stock.
How long do you expect to use it? 5+ years unless I trade it for a newer Alpha in a few years.
