Need Help...Removal Of Fake Air Box Covers?
Hi Gang,
We had a wicked snow fall here a couple weeks back and to make a long story short, I have a high volume of snow slide off my roof at a stop sign and take out the passenger wiper arm.
Now... next week I have to make a long journey north and I need to fix it before the trip.
Can anyone explain to me how to remove the air boxes to get at the rest of the covers to get at the wiper mechanism?
Any help is MUCH appreciated!

False alarm! I got them off. It's just a tug and pull thing.
NOW...the wiper arms are being a B!tch to get off!! Took the lower nut off both of them and they don't want to budge! Grrrrrrrrrrr.
Also...is there any trick to getting the cowl below the windshield off?

Well...looks like everyone is busy today.
Got everything apart by trial and error.
Wiper mechanism is out and one of the plastic cups that goes on the ball is disintegrated.
Off to the dealer I guess......

Looks like you have it figured out now.
I'm with you on replacement instad of a cheap fix. Get a new or rebuilt one and avoid doing it again.
