need advise for Shovel and winter kit
Hello every1
I know this sound ridiculous but coming from Fl I have not idea what to buy . I dont want to find myself in a situation where I need a shovel and it get broken from first use
Im making the last adjustments for the winter trip to ON and NY
I need advise to get a good , light and if possible roof mounted shovel
Also looking what to get as a winter kit . I got flares, flashing lights and termo blankets .
What may be necessary
Thanks

Lol, sorry had to. I'm from ontario. You could ad a first aid kit. A plastic shovel will work fine. A recovery strap. Although you would probably be the one doing the recovering.
Do you have roadside assistance?
I know you have new shoes on your deuce so you'll be fine.
A good rule of thumb for winter driving is to never let your gas tank drop below half. IN the case of being stuck in traffic that can't go anywhere because they are all stuck and blocking your path. This way you can idle to keep warm. If this were to happen. Make sure you get out of the vehicle every now and then and make sure your tailpipe isn't drifted over by snow and blocked. I'm Sure this is how some of the people died on Buffalo this week.
You'll be fine. Your ina hummer.
