Default RE: Navigation is not automatic?

Hey Hearseman,

I got your PM, thanks for your help.

I guess I should just take it to a dealer then. The only thing is I bought it used from Florida, but it still has a warranty, should I just take it to any hummer dealer?

I think the GPS must just be confused, like D Vaders.

FYI, My Hummer dealer is 50 miles each way so I took it to a GMC Cadillac dealer. I just asked to have the radio/NAV unlocked. They set the NAV for no charge. Radio unlock was $70.

So did anyone find this answer? I also have a Hummer H# 2007 with a navigation system that wont locate. It thinks im in a different part of the state. How to I reset the system to properly show my navigation?

Thanks

Seems the best advice is contact a GM Service Dept.

Ok, i figured it out... pull the power for 15 min then plug it back up, then press the Nav icon, then Nav setup, then move the screen with your finger to the street your on , then press the calibrate nav under nav setup, hit ok, then move the arrows in the right directions (took a couple of tries) then hit Ok again and it's working again... I went by the dealership and they wanted $180 to reset the Nav location..
