Default NAV

Is there a way to allow a passenger to program the NAV system in tyhe H3 while in motion? The default appears to only allow it when stopped.

Since no one with Nav has responded, my second-hand info is that many if not all factory Nav systems block programming while in motion for obvious liability reasons. Probably not easily bypassed.

Not that I'm aware of. I've just gotten used to setting it before I leave, if I think I'll need it. I have noticed that you can use the "home" icon while in motion, but that is it. I know why they made it that way, but it can be a bit of a pain.

SOme Nav systems use a VSS signal (Vehicle Speed Signal) to determine if the vehicle is moving or not. If you can somehow disable this input then you may be able to use the Nav destination functions while moving.
