1 week old H3 question...Whenever I lock my doors with using the remote, should I hear a horn beep to know the alarm is set. Right now, I don't hear anything, Normal?????

Yes its normal look in your manual I think its somthing like hold the lock and unlock buttons at the same time then push the trip button on your speedo set it to #3 Don't quote my but it is very easy and in your manual there are 3-4 diff modes to put the alarm in but out of the factory is silent..

You areon the ball compared to me. Had mine since August and just this past weekend set mine to alert......

 

I keep mine on silent...Lights blink at me..so that's all I need for comfirmation..Besides the horn honking everytime, makes me think people just like the sound of gadgets and IMO, also a little on the ostentatious side.

 

I like it on this way you know it worked.
My neighbors probably do not like me when i do the electric start it beeps once then twice then the third time when it turns on wait till this summer when i add air horns
