I watched the video and looks like you had no wheel spin or power transfer from the rear wheels. This is not right, if your in HL you could have front wheel spinning but 50& of your power will be going to the rear axle. You either have a tcase issue or rear axle or diff issue.
BTM will help with older torsion lockers but you are not getting any power to the rear..

Just wanted to update everyone on this forum that all is good now. Just had to get the BTM correctly dailed-in. New video YouTube - Hummer H1 not locking part 3 (BTM got it right this time)

I am glad I was not with you....definite embarrassment. I think I have hills that big in my driveway. Glad to see you got it worked out.

Btm works well if you do it right. Glad you figured it out. Hope to run some trails with in SoCal soon.
