Default Muddy water in tail lights

So I have the aftermarket LED tail lights, and while they look great, I don't think they were with me sinking the *** end of my rig into a mud hole. The passenger side light picked up some muddy water which got inside, dried, and left a little bit of mud buildup inside in addition to making the inside all cloudy and crappy looking.

How the hell am I supposed to clean this? I can't tell how the water got in other than a bad seal around the edge of the light.

Share the name/brand of the lights and where you got them so everyone else knows to stay away!

It's these IPCW lights.

Smoke LED Tail Lights - 2007 Hummer H3 LED Tail Lights

To be fair, I don't think they were intended for offroad use, work and function great, I think I just took them outside of what they were designed for. That being said, they're not ruined, it's just gonna take a bit of work to clean them up.

For that amount of money they better be water proof. I'd check and see if they'll replace them.

Was this during the Jeep Skool event when you posted pics of the mudhole... or am I thinking of someone else?

Well, it was my first time there, and me and TJ had just left the factory. Somehow that was the first trail we came up, and while looking for our group we thought "oh hey, this is the first trail right in front of us maybe they went this way"

Figures we would pick one of the hardest trails there and I decided to say "meh, it doesn't look that deep....."
