RE: This Mornings Mud Run
Hey Rich congrats. Sorry I couldn't take your call but I was at a friends funeral services. You got the tires pressure right and 2nd gear is better. Looks like you had a blast and did well. I'd go to the local car wash about 3:00 AM and leave the piles there. Oh yeah...I hear teenage sons are just made for cleaning up cars.

Glad I was wrong.... they used to dig the pits 4' deep for my county fair and I based it all off of that.... you did the runs single filehooked to a front end loader so they could yank you out in a hurry... mostly it took 44" boggers to get all the way.
You did all the right things though... aired down, lower gears to keep wheel spin.
Good job. That looked like a lot of fun.

Thanks all, it was a blast! After that yellow PU flipped my wife started to get worried, said she didn't want to see me cry (probably would have if it had flipped. lol). The pit was around 4' deep here also, the mud itself was up to the top of the tires. I told them to wait until next year when I have real set of tires
Overall was very pleased with them though, I was worried. But other than the "trailered" trucks, I was the only one that aired down. I can only assume that the nitrous/trailer boys already did it.
