In the market for H1

I'm in the market to get a H1, but I'm not too sure of what generation to get. I head the newer ones (2003) are not as good as the older ones (1996)
Is this true?
What should I be looking for????

I have an H2 and don,t know much about the H1 but I,m sure someone here can help steer you in the right direction.
