Default Looking to trade Chrome H3 grill for a black one

Like the title says, I would like to switch with someone if anyone is interested! The chrome grill on my 08 H3 is in great condition with no scratches or cracks. It's the only chrome thing on my truck and I want it gone.

Why dont you just paint or line-x your chrome grille?

I thought about it, I just thought there might be someone out there that would want a chrome one over their black one. And it would be easy to clip off and clip the new one on.

I don't think there are that many OEM black color matched grills out there to begin with and I also doubt that anyone with a color matched grill would want a chrome one.

Most guys that want a black grill either paint there own or more often use some type of bedliner, either DIY, Duplicolor, Rustoleum etc. or professionally done like Linex, Rhinoliner, Speedliner, etc.

If you don't want to do it, unclip it and take it somewhere to have it done for you. It's prob. cheaper than the shipping would be for a grill swap.

I took my chrome grill into the local Line-X shop with some other parts, I think they sanded it down & coated it for about $40. That was about 4 years ago, not a chip in it to this day.

Nope, they're original '06 alloy rims, carefully hand-sanded & rattle-canned with Semi-gloss. Easy to touch up, the paint won't stick to the tires (for long).
