Hi!

I am new to this forum.I own a 2003 H2. Is anybody here to can tell me how i can programm the new original H2 remote control?

Hello H2Germany. WELCOME. Don't worry about the english, you are doing fine!! I do not know how to program the remote, so I would go to a dealer. I think any GM dealer could do it for you?????

 

for a garage door? or to get into your car?

oOps... he did say keyless nevermind...

 

i had a buick dealer program my new spare, so if you've got a GM dealer nearby you should be in luck.

The german GM-Dealer charges me €50 for the programming of one remote. Thats about 68 Dollar.I have seen in a Ebay auction this:

It comes to me when I'm in the truck, but try this:

With two remotes in hand, hold down lock button on the driver's door and turn ignition to on, then off, then on, then off, then on, then off pretty quickly -- the horn will honk. Hold down BOTH buttons onONE remote (it will take a few moments). Wait until the locks cycle in the truck, then immediately do the same with the other remote. The locks will cycle again. Then turn the key to the ON position, and it will honk again and confirm the process.

It's pretty close to that -- I normally get it on my second try when I'm in the truck.

Method 1 - No Tools Required
1. Close all the vehicle doors.
2. Insert the ignition key into the ignition lock cylinder.
3. Press and hold the door unlock switch.
4. While holding the door lock switch in the unlock position, cycle the ignition ON, OFF, ON, OFF.
5. Release the door unlock switch. The doors will lock and unlock to confirm the program mode.
6. Press and hold the LOCK button and the UNLOCK button simultaneously on one transmitter. After a delay of approximately 15 seconds, the doors will lock and unlock to confirm the programming of that transmitter.
7. Repeat the previous step to program up to four transmitters.
8. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position in order to exit the keyless entry transmitter mode.
9. Operate the transmitter functions in order to verify correct system operation.

 

yeah... bob is onto it.... I think it is in the owners manual also....
