Just installed readylift on alpha still not level
I just installed the readylift leveling kit on my alpha today, and the front is about 3/4" lower than the rear, is it becasue of the V8's weight pushing down on the shocks or did they not install the lift correctly? Can I just crank the torsion bars a little to level it out perfectly? Will i have to do another alignment if i adjust the bars?

You need to turn the T Bar adjusting bolts for further lift. If you do, you very likely will need an alignment again. It is not just the V8 weight (it is only about 100# heavier than the I5...according to GM ), the Alpha has higher spring rated T bars to handle that.
BTW, I adjusted my 07 H3 long ago, and I did keep my front just a tad lower than the rear on purpose....maybe 3/4" - 1/2" or so, and that is just the way I like it.

If I were you I'ddrive the truck for a week or two and then re-measure after everything has had a chance to “settle in”. Besides you want the rear just a tad higher then the front anyway.

I agree - drive it a bit. I think my H3 (I5) is almost exactly level and I might prefer a 1/2" less in the front. I might change it next time my alignment is out of whack, rather than spending $100 just to move it 1/2"
