Default Jet Performance Power Shift Programmer?

Hi there I have been looking around on the net for as many things as i can do to my H3, just like all of us im sure. I found this and was thinking this might really help out with ruff shifting in the auto trannys. Also help the tarnny last with the 315s im running. But im just asking if anyone is running this or tryed it out?

I don't have any experience with this particular unit. It sounds pretty cool. What I do have is the Jet Stage II PCM, which changes the shift points as well as engine setings. I'm assuming the stage II setting they're describing in the Power Shift Programmer description is what is pre-programmed into my tuner. If so, it does help with larger tires- I'm running 285's.

yeah im not to sure what it does but for the cost $122.00 you really cant go wrong, i think i might try it out it would be nice to have the options on how it shifts the the touch of a button. thanks for the help.

Personally, IMHO a PCMtune beats the Jet moduels hands down. Many more variable being adjusted with the tune, and all the tranny controls (shift points, firmness, kick down, OD lockup) are controlled through the PCM 06/07, with the 08+ controlled through the TCM which is also tuned on the newer H3s.

Yep the tune costs $40-80 more, but you get what you pay for. I have had Jet modules on other vehicles, they do work and are quality units (never had one go bad), but an add on module is an old school approach to a whole new ball game.
