interior roof bulbs?
Hi, i managed to replace 2 of the interior bulbs but i wasn't sure what the dimensions of the bulb that i installed i would guess ~ 36mm
36mm bulb that i installed seems a bit loose and can be pushed forward, backward on their connectors
i just don't wanna create short circuit if the connector touches one of the soldered joints on the bulb somehow,
so my question
I don't have micro-meter
what is the size of each bulb?
two front map lights, and one dome light
two rear map lights and one dome light
trunk light
i have an order on the way and i ordered 10 42mm festoon bulbs outputs 170 lumens or something close
however. my mistake that i ordered (CANBUS) bulbs which defeats my goal of converting to LED's
Basically (CANBUS BULBS) uses an inline resistor with the bulb circuit to emulate higher load that there would be no burned bulb warning ( which is used in many cars for "Exterior" bulbs since it affects safety" )
my goal to convert to led to reduce the chance that if i unintentionally forgot my lights on during the night my battery would be dead in the morning
so i'll update this thread if they arrived and will tell my results
One more question ! any one knows how much watts are these incandescent bulbs are ? and how much lumens they output?
thanks
