That's COOL!!! I grew up at the Bowling Alley. My MOM bowled 4 nites a week and dragged me and my sis along(cheaper than a babysitter)!!

Unfortunately my Mom passed away last May (Pancreatic Cancer). I hate this time of year (league time) as she would always stop off at my store on the way home from bowling, just to say HI!!!

What Happened, if you don't mind me asking?

 

i used to really enjoy bowling, but i had not bowled in a long time since blowing out my knee...however, i went last weekend, and i managed to throw three games in the 160s...my average was around 180 when i bowled all the time..no pro, i know...but its fun.

i have my own ball, but i got it from an alley going out of business...

one of the reasons that i likeit is that it has 4 holes. Im not sure why it has four holes...maybe you know.

 

depends where the forth hole is...if it's near the fingers than its a hole for the pinky finger, some people use them for control or just for comfort. If the hole is far off to the side then it's a balance hole.

 

it is with the other finger holes. i hold the ball with my thumb, index, middle, and ring finger in the ball...but im no 300 bowler.

is my ball very unusual?
