Ya thats what I was thinking. You think thats all it is a matter of doing? Drying things out?

I'd look at the Passlock 2 module and clean/dry. Shorting with water can do crazy things on both low voltage and high voltage circuits.

Where exactly is the passlock 2 module? Because when the truck is off the security light like flickers like its getting then losing power, and sometimes it blinks. Sometimes its solid. My remote doesn't do anything to the door locks. I KNOW it has to do with the security system somehow.
Where is the passlock 2 module and that other module under the dash that I should dry out?

I am not sure. The BCM and Passlock 2 have to be in there somewhere? Try searching google....I'd pull your neg. lead before poking around too much.

Ok good thinking. Thanks a lot for the input and a first lead man. Appreciate it.

Ya no problem. Everything I looked up states it has three small (22 guage) wires?? It's probably stuffed in the steering column somewhere? Maybe in the drivers kick plate or on the passenger side somewhere? It defl sounds like the passlock though.

Excellent! I really appreciate it! So you think that the system is merely shorting out due to water, as opposed to being burned out, correct?

I don't know however if it was burnt out I'd think you'd have no lights flickering or additional symptoms. If it is a short you'll get unexpected results. I am no expert on this...just trying to lend ideas on what I'd check.

Ya thats exactly what i thought. And it seemed that as more time passed, symptoms would disappear, perhaps hinting to me that the components were drying out. Def appreciate it though. I've got a buddy with an autobody shop and he offered to "bake" my truck in the heat booth. Think I might take him up on that if the dealership shuns me.

I don't know if what I found is correct or not but the BCM is in the passenger kick panel.
