my tires on my 2006 H3 are finally getting worn out.. i have 33,000 miles on them... my question to anyone who knows is i currently have the 285/ 75 / 16 on them which is what came with them so my question is how big can i go without rubbing and without putting a lift kit or anything else like that so just plain jane how big can i go??????

i was looking at trying to go 305 75 16 but i dont know if it will rub or fit

any help would be greatly appreciated....

sorry i did find a ton but didnt want to filter through everyone to find the information i needed i just want to hear that i can go up to a 34 or 35 inch tire and be ok or whatever it is that fits

 

I put 35's on my stock rims and have had no problems. If I crank the wheel as far as I can to the right the is a slight rub but nothing to cause any damage or problems. This is with no lift.

 

you can put 315 75 r16s on it n itll only rub at full turns... nobody cranks it all the way anyway so it should be ok
