No problem, I wonder why Ghostrider thinks they are not painted??
Is just plain ole Rust-Oleum Textured rattle can stuff.

I cleaned them with 50% xylene and methylene chloride but you could use acetone and some kind of paint prep that says it removes wax. Do this before you sand it. I sanded it with 320 grit to take the shine off and provide for grip. Then I washed them with water to remove dust and dry. Then wipe again with solvent. Since its a textured finish it will hide most imperfections. If you are new to this remember several lighter coats is better in even strokes. The finish will be forgiving on spray strokes. It goes on glossy but dries to a matte textured finish that matches really well. The new deeper black should fade some. It is also at a different angle to the sun in this shot. Hmmm those mirrors.....................eeeww and maybe the grill.............Maybe I will leave the chrome door handles so I can find them.[/align]

Hard to get a flash shot. I think the compression warped it too. I guess I should read how to link it in here.

Let us know how they hold up to sunlight and weather.. I'm actually thinking the ENTIRE truck would look good painted like that... Not that I'm ever gonna rattle can another vehicle...
