I had a similiar one but not just like that. Hard to believe we have gone from 8 track tapes, to cassettes to CDs to MP3s in the last....forget that, it has been 40 years we should have progressed that far.

What about the eight-track player that came in different colors and had a big push in handle to change tracks

I remember the old reel to reel units, never had one but had a much older uncle that did. Muddy we had music when I was a kid. Just put the Pteradactyl beak on the round stone with the grooves chiseled into it and we got a noise somewhat resembling current rap music. We must have been way ahead of our time.

BTW, you snuck in two pics of the Crossfire.

I rented one of those once in New Mexico - really fun car. Laughed a bit when, with the top down) I could barely fit my rolling briefcase in the trunk and couldn't get the roller bag in (airplane overhead sized bag)
Hahah... It is a fun car... And it's fast!!!! Yeah, with the top down, there's not much trunk space, but the the top up you could have fit your rolling briefcase in there just fine... the flap inside the trunk folds down for lots of room.
