i would just like to say that we also have an h3 and we have nothing but problems out of it. I don;t think when you have a vechile with only 8000 miles they should have to do major engine work and then while taking my engine apart they shear off bolts.

For what it's worth Brooks .. a buddy of mine threw a rod in his SRT-10 after 1,800 miles .. spent 4.5 months waiting for them to build him a new engine, ship, and get it installed .. these things DOES happen ... There's no excuses, in my opinion; for compounding the issue by mucking up the bolts taking it apart ... but these things does happen to, unfortunately. Hopefully you will have a more solid vehicle after the surgery .. I'm guessing you ended up with head problem like many others did ....
