Hummer parts club serice UPDATE!! please read
Afew weeks ago I posted about a problem I had with a Billy boat exhaust I had ordered from Hummer parts club. Any way tonight I got acall from the owner of the company himself to check up on how things went when I finaly did recieve the exhuast and to tell me that since he felt so bad about what happend I could choose any 1 product he sell's (with in reason) and he would have it sent out to me immediatly.
I would like to say I am shocked and floored that he has gone to this extent to make things right with a customer especialy considering he has told me that Billy boat was the reason for the delay not him which I honestly do believe him. I just thought since I took the time to give him a thumbs down when I had bad service I would also take the time to give him a thumbs up. If your reading this post thanks allot I will be buying more parts from you in the future and will be in touch here soon on a gas cap cover thanks again Hummer parts club!!!

Ya I think Dave over at Hummer Parts Club gets big thumbs up here. It really say's allot to me that he is willing to go this far to make things right. I hope everyone here takes a look at Hummer parts club before making thier next order. Thanks again Dave if you read here

As MOST of you who KNOW me, easier is BETTER so I wanted this 100,000 mile filter!!!!
Anyhoo, he told me last spring that the R & D for the H2 wasn't done yet to e-mail him again in the Summer '07! So I did, and they still hadn't finished it yet!! So I gave him some time so I e-mailed him in November '07!! Still not completed, which I understand, R & D takes TIME!!
So Danny e-mail's me today asking for my shipping address.
He says he appreciated my patience and is sending me the Powercore Filter for my Volant CAI...........FREE!!!!
