Default Hummer help needed!

Hello, I am new to this forum and I have found it on the internet because I need help ASAP.
I have a friend in a diffrent country and he has asked me a couple questions about it, ive told him all I could and the only two things im not sure of are these.
What does that little thing do? And what is it called? Please be specific.

I know some about traction control, but what the hell is traction control 2? Be specific Please.

Thanks for all the help in advance!!!

The first thing is the flux capacitor. You need it so dont drive with out it.
The second thing is hover mode.

yes its a joke.

the first thing measures the air flow through the intake or how dirty the air filter is

the button is to disable the traction control
