Hummer H2 A/C problem (2003)

My hummer is blowing warm air and I have changed and installed a brand new compressor, accumulator, A/C pipeline and A/C hose. After changing all these things, the A/C is still not cooling well. What should I do?

Check for a broken wire in a wire harness under Motor/tranny area. The harness dangles and over time broke a wire that caused the AC not to work.
However you say not cooling well. In my case it would not cool at all.

I believe that is a bad blend door actuator? I haven't had the issue myself but have read a few posts regarding that part going bad and blowing warm air as a result. Search around for that, may have your answers.
