Done with the estimates now I am waiting for the check so I can give it to Bravo Hummer and they can order the parts. Then I have to wait until they get the parts, then I drop off the hummer and get a rental

Not to point the finger, but was it determined at the scene that it was her fault?

 

Yeah, the police officer gave her the ticket on the spot. Her insurance is covering all the damage as well as my rental car. Right now my hummer is at Bravo Cadillac Hummer in El Paso. I dropped it off last Monday and they said they will be finished by this Friday.

 

Dude, I hope you are joking. I hope I am missing your joke. Accidents are never fun and is never a matter of who "wins". Learned her lesson??? I bet you the woman, regardless of who's a fault, was absolutely HORRIFIED after the accident, especially since her kid was in the car with her.

But, I am probably just not understanding your joke.....

 

It was not intened to be a joke what I meant was I am thankful that my Hummer kept me safe. I got the child and mother out of the burning vehicle and I was in shock because I was worried about their lives and that was my first concern in the accident. Vehicles and parts can be replaced but lives cant be. I was so relieved that they were fine and uninjured. It just pissed me off that she ran a stop sign, and put her own child's life at risk because she wanted to get to the mall a minute earlier. All she had to do was take an extra second to look. My very first accident ever so I was very scared.
