I doubt you will have to take it to the dealer. The grille comes off very easy(as Dennis has indicated), and you may have to remove the black plastic piece that fits behind the grille (2-4 bolts...I can't remember). Let us know how it turns out!

 

Guys, thank you all for your feedback and direction. I took the bumper off this evening but hit a dead end. I think I might end up needing to take this to the dealer for service. I attached some pictures to show whats going on. But basically, it seems like theres no way in hell to get the turn lamp box out without removing what appears to be the whole darn side skirt. Ideas? Yeah, I donno..But I know the fender liner is pretty easy to remove..It's held in with the reuseable rivet type pins..But I would remvoe the tire first to let you have more room to handle the fender liner..Good luck
