High Mileage

There are several threads about the top plastic radiator tanks cracking. It is a design flaw. Some people try to get the dealer to replace them. I opted to just have mine rebuilt locally with new tanks.
Here is the thread with the most info...

Here is a picture someone posted showing the crack everyone is getting. Not all are as pronounced as this one. I was chasing a mystery leak for months because the crack was too small to see.

I'm at about the 80K mile mark on my 2006 H3 (has the Luxury/Adventure combo with manual transmission). I bought it 4 years ago with 10K on it. I've had to replace the hood release cable, rear window washer fluid pump, windshield, brakes and tires. Have not had and radiator or head gasket problems.
About two weeks ago it started running rough at certain speeds/gears randomly. Yesterday evening it got a lot worse. On my way home in traffic all of a sudden I could only get it to go about 2 - 3 mph no matter how much I pushed on the pedal and it was real jerky. I had it towed to my local Hummer/Chevy dealership last night.
I'm thinking it's a Catalytic Converter or Oxygen Sensor or Fuel Pump issue. I haven't heard back from the dealership, so I'm not sure what the official diagnosis is yet. Hopefully the cost of repair wont be too high...not that I have any choice, it's my only wheels so I'll have to pay whatever the damage is.
Anyone else out there have a oxygen, fuel, or emission problems in the past?

Ha! OK, so I don't know how this happened, but it got put into 4x4 low and that is why it was not letting me go more than 2 -3 mph all of a sudden. This seemed to be an unrelated event to my vibration I have been experiencing though.

2006 H3 Adventure pkg with 5 speed manual
just passed 156,700 miles. I purchased the truck new and love it. Regular maintenance across the board. Only serious problem was the "core heater element." 160 part and 800 in labor. They had to take out the entire dash and I didn't want to save a few dollars on labor and risk having a vibrating dash board.

I just got my '07 with 63,300 and it ran pretty good. Changed oil, spark plugs and air filter. It now runs way better. Experienced moderate vibration, dealer diagnosed it as broken motor mounts(both sides). Also, my front windshield leaks water down the center(minor issue), plus I've noticed that the temp gauge never seems to reach 1/2 way, so I'm suspecting that my thermostat might be stuck open.
