Just saw your post on ebay and if they are brand new as you say and come with housings, bulbs, ballasts and wiring harness
then your price is a very good deal.

Hello I'm Gabriele from Italy I would buy STARR HID lights for my H3 alpha, but I need know if they are SEL LEVELING!! In Italy / Europe is ILLEGAL use HID lights without "wash lamps" and sel leveling...

The Starr HID system is not self leveling
I have a set of E code HID lights for my R32 and they are self leveling
it is a very nice feature. Alas, in the US, they are not required by DOT
They are still the best of the upgrades for the H3
