Usually the Adventure Model has air ride and the Lux does not. Basically both the same, but that is usually the major difference

True Brandi but you could get the Air Ride as an OPTION on a LUX!!

I think the LUX had chrome mirror caps, chrome tubular side steps, chrome hood handles and chrome hood latches??

What she said.

In 03 you had Three choices.

1. Base-Cloth seats standard sound system

2. Adventure-Air Suspension, first aid kit, adventure kit (walkie talkies and staun deflators) Bose premium sound with 6 disc changer, roof rails, brush guard. black running boards.

3. Lux-No Rear Air Suspension. Chrome brush guard. Chrome exterior trim pkg with chrome hood handles.

Note.... I think you could get some of these options added to a base. But the 2 determining factors are Rear Air and Heated Leather. You could not get these 2 options on the base.

Okay, now im even more confused because my 03 has Leather heated seats, Air suspension, Bosew w/6cd changer, exterior chrome trim package and hood handles, NO Brush Guard or roof rails but has chrome running boards...so does that mean its either a Lux or adventure? theres a thing in the back for an air compressor i think...

Are the wheels chrome? If they are chrome you have a Lux with a Rear Air Option. I am betting you have a Lux as well. Cause I am pretty sure the adventure had a brush guard and roof rails and the Lux did not.

My 03 was lux and had the air suspension. My 2006 lux does not have the air ride and it seems to ride the same. I did enjoy using the onboard air compressor and I liked the self leveling feature when towing my boat.

Like I said, you could ADD Air Suspension to the LUX package!!

I have a 2004 LUX WITH the Air Suspension!!
