hi, im new here.i bought hi/lo h13 35w 8000k HID for my friend from DDM tuning.i thought it was going to be plug and play but once i had everything plug in and when i turned on the lights the HID wouldnt turn on but when i switch from low to high beam it works.i have installed HID before but its my first time installing HID that are hi/lo beam.do i have to reverse polarity to negative to negative and positive to positive?

Did you figure out the problem?? i just ordered the H13 hi/lo 6k from DDM tuning.

 

is it two seprate bulbs one hid the other halogen or is the tilt switch version?
