Hello from Salt Lake City, UT
Been lurking around here for about a year and figure it was finally time to say hello...
About a year ago my wife and I decided to do the environmentally conscious thing and buy a Hummer Yes, the Hummer is good for the environment. See... I had a Chevy Silverado Crew Cab V-8 and my wife had a Nissan Altima Coupe 3.5SE V6 for a total of 14 Cylinders. So we eliminated 9 ozone eating cylinders and consolidated to a single 5 cylinder H3 and have loved every minute of it. We bought a brand new with the off road package last year when the factory rebates were huge. We haven't done a whole lot to it but have added a hitch, tube steps, and ski/snowboard rack. I plan to add an airdoc intake and do a pcm tune in the near future for that little extra bit of punch.
Anyway, great info here and glad to find a group of people that enjoy the Hummer family just as much as I do.
