Thanks for the warm welcome guys and gals......

Here are some pics of me hitting a female deer back on July 14, 2007 between the AC Expressway and Cross Keys Road in Sicklerville, NJ...

Cruising at say only 30mph, she came out of no where from Western direction and before I knew it (I only saw the 2 little ears above Right grill area) BAM!!!! It was too late.

5 total days in the collision center and $3100.00 later......she's as good as new.

Venison!!!! Marinate tenderloin cuts in vinegar & oil (Paul Newman's Salad dressing works good), twist of salt, pepper, pinch o garlic, grill medium heat, turn double time and cross ways for checkered grill marks for 10-13mins, serve with rice or noodles alfredo and your favorite beverage. DELISH!! Ah crud, I was on the BBQ chef forum and got crossed. Sorry. I got them adjustin torsion bars

I'm a grillin machine. Game, fish, veggies, the basics. I love it, all year long. I've been a deer hunter since I was a kid. When I was in college, you had to eat, but no money will make you a real good deer hunter. Venison chops, tenderloins, and steaks, all good lean stuff on the grill, never higher than medium, DO NOT OVER COOK, and you're good to go. The rest, spaghetti, chilli, and the sweedish meat *****, you can do the roast on the grill, but it's a lot of work and way beyond my answer here. Now it's time to go home and grill!!

Yikes, talk about a thread jack. [sm=sorry.gif]
