Default Heater Control Circuit Board Reinstall- Fixed

I decided to replace a burnt out light in my heater control. I removed the dash, pulled the control and took it apart. I removed the bulbs and tried to replace them with LEDs but they wouldn't fit (the base of the LEDs were slightly too wide). I removed the circuit board to check the other side and when I put it back together the two free floating gears behind the temperature and dash/foot/defrost controller came unseated. I reinstalled them and now those two ***** are apparently not aligned because they are not responding correctly to the positions of the *****. Anyone had this happen or know how these need to be reinstalled?

Update

Snapped gears on to circuit board and adjusted them until they were in the same position. Snapped circuit board into position and rotated *****. Repeated this several times adjusting each gear a small amount into identical positions until the ***** did not hang up and turned normally. Plugged in the harnesses and everything worked normally.
