Default Heat blowing warm

Hello -

I have owned my 06 H3 for 5 years not, I have not had many issues with it at all. Recently I noticed my heat will no longer blow hot air, only warm. The heat worked great last winter, just wondering what the issue could be.

Thanks!

I am new to this forum, I saw many other readers would like more info on the truck to make any recommendations, it is an 06 I-5 with 62,000 miles.

use the search to see if you find info on fix or calibration.
I saw it here in the past. seems like there was a resistor added to a blue wire and had detailed pix.

The resistor fix was for going from cold to full hot on the first click. The calibration just controls the direction of the air not the temperature. My guess would be a bad thermostat or an outside chance that it is low on coolant.

I guess it was just an indicator things were about to $hit the bed, my blower motor went out this morning, great thing to happen in 9 degree weather at 4:30 am. Guess who gets to start their weekend at the shop.....ohh yeah, this guy!

I wasn't bitching, I don't have a garage, if I had access to a garage I could have tried to fix it myself. I needed it fixed as soon as possible so I could pick up my son from day care so I forked over $537 at the dealership to have it done.

No need to be a *****.
