I've seen several sets of H2 headers on Craigslist over the past few months. Otherwise Jegs or Summit Racing websites. I plan on putting a set on mine sometime. If you keep your foot out of it, it should help improve your MPG, especially if you install a cold-air induction kit.

This is THE set to go with! Might be a little costly, but it will save lotso headaches in the long run.

Does it utilize the stock catalytic converters? I see the kit does not come with cats but in the features it says it does. kinda unclear there. I really want to install headers but I want to keep it legal for California so I can pass smog.

H2CANEPADESIGN,
Not sure where you dont see the cats in the picture, but they are there.
Two stainless steel cats right next to the long tube part of the headers

No Catalytic Converters is not legal in some states and is for "Off Road Use Only"

I was just reading this wrong. but it also states"Includes headers & pipes without catalytic converters"

looking at the website you have to select the cats. Yes they are shown in the pic but unless you select the package with the cats you won't get them obviously.

It adds about $124 to the price with the cats.

That sure beats the price on the original cats at about $900 bucks each.

I dont' see why not, it looks like there's O2 sensor bungs before and after the cats. I'm just trying to figure out what the hell the little flanges are welded to each main flange.......

Also I've always been curious how these aftermarket cats work compared to stock cats. Aftermarkets always look so much smaller than OEM.

I just ran mine through emissions last week, 06 with 42k and it barely budged the needles.
