Anti-lock brakes pumping real fast to keep you from locking up the brakes and sliding out of control.

The 06 Silverado is old technology. The H3 had the most advanced braking system combined with StabiliTrack and Traction Control upon its release.

So will they feel sound different? Yep.

So its normal for it to that? It also makes a noise with it aswell like if its struggling to brake....but again if braking from 10-20 to 0 it wont do it..I'm just worried if its an issue that needs to b taken care of or not

We haven't driven your truck, but what you describe is normal H3 anti-lock braking.

There have been documented cases of drivers taking their foot off the brake in emergency situations because it feels and sounds "wrong". ABS systems sound and feel nasty when they kick in but they are supposed to do that. If it only happens when you are braking heavily that is probably normal function.

press your brakes hard on a icy bridge(of course when the bridge is empty, and you're aimed straight ahead) and you'll easily be able to hear the ABS kicking in
